Eric Radcliffe is the founder and owner of The Window and Door Store, a family-owned replacement window and door company serving homeowners across Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and the greater Southern Nevada region. With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the industry, Radcliffe built his expertise from the ground up, beginning in warehouse operations, moving through new construction, and then mastering the nuances of residential remodeling. That depth of field knowledge gave him firsthand command of building science, installation best practices, and the challenges unique to desert-climate homes before he transitioned into sales, where he became one of the industry's top-performing professionals and later led sales teams across the region. Driven by a belief that homeowners deserved a more transparent and craftsmanship-focused experience, Radcliffe founded The Window and Door Store to raise the standard for what a window and door company could be. Today, the company has completed more than 2,000 projects and earned a 4.9 Google rating from homeowners across Southern Nevada, reflecting the no-pressure, education-first philosophy Radcliffe instills across every consultation and installation. The company partners with premium manufacturers including Anlin, Infinity by Marvin, ProVia, and Western Window Systems, and operates a hands-on showroom at 4444 W Russell Rd., Las Vegas.
